CHICKEN STROGANOFF
Ingredients Quantity skinless, boneless chicken 200 gm Garlic 5 gm Onion 10 gm Mushroom 50 gm Butter 10 gm Flour 5 gm Sweet paprika 2 gm Sour cream 50 ml Gherkins 5 gm Bell peppers 50 gm Parsley 5 gm Worcestershire sauce 2 ml White wine 15 ml White chicken broth 30 ml Method : Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until slightly soft, about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, until they begin to brown, about 2 minutes. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter, the chicken, flour, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook, stirring, until the chicken browns
